When you contact Bistook, request PCB files or submit an engineering project, we may collect your name, email, country or region, project requirements, uploaded files, IP address, browser information and referral page.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver requested files, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, provide engineering services, prevent abuse and maintain security records. Optional product updates are sent only when you explicitly opt in.

File and data security

Customer attachments and PCB source files are stored outside the public website directory. Download files are delivered through expiring tokens. Administrative actions are logged and protected by authenticated sessions.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare and PayPal may process limited data necessary to provide their services.

Retention and choices

We retain records as reasonably needed for support, security, legal and business purposes. Use the unsubscribe link to withdraw marketing consent. For access or deletion, contact support@bistook.com.

International users

Bistook serves international customers. By submitting information, you understand it may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate.
