XM21300 is designed as a modular portable DC energy platform for users who require removable batteries, high-current capability, fast charging support, and flexible field power applications.

Unlike traditional sealed power banks, the system uses a removable 4S2P 21700 battery structure that allows users to replace battery cells freely without spot welding.

The compact full aluminum alloy enclosure combines portable size with durable industrial-style construction for outdoor and field use.

Main Power Board

Rear EC5 Emergency Start System

The rear panel integrates:

• EC5-M high-current interface
• Dedicated EC5 power switch
• Real-time battery voltage display

The EC5 interface is directly connected to the 4S2P battery pack power path for short-duration high-current applications.

The package includes:

• 1 × 30cm EC5 emergency start clamp cable with reverse-current protection

Under proper battery and operating conditions, the system supports compatible naturally aspirated gasoline vehicle emergency starting applications up to 2.0L displacement.

Low-Resistance High-Current Battery Holder Design

The removable battery holder system uses:

• Nickel-plated phosphor copper contacts
• Thickened 0.5mm conductive structure
• Low-resistance conductive pathway
• Removable battery architecture

Compared with ordinary nickel-plated steel contacts, the phosphor copper structure helps improve:

• Current-carrying capability
• Voltage stability

The 8-slot battery holder design also improves long-term maintenance flexibility compared with permanently welded battery systems.

Recommended Compatible Batteries

Recommended high-discharge flat-top 21700 lithium batteries include:

• EVE INR21700 40PL
• Tenpower 50XG
• Sony high-rate cells
• Panasonic high-rate cells
• Samsung high-rate cells

Recommended battery discharge rate:

• 17.5C or higher

Low-discharge consumer-grade batteries are not recommended for high-current applications.
